Now go to your inner quiet place. Go deep inside to a place you feel that you are at peace and then just relax and breathe in awfully and experience the feeling of being at one and at peace inside yourself.
Use this special place and time to be calm. Free your body and mind of all worry, all regret, all disgruntlement, all anger and grief.

Next, think of one special act, for example rocking your baby, taking a quick ramble, raking the leaves, and do that one easy thing. All of the while, your intellect is quiet and calm and you are in your own special place inside.
Practice this act of quiet and calm each day and you will see that you'll do much more. At the 1st sign of being stressed, go back to this aware, quiet place and start over again until you have reached your inner place of calm.

The absolute best thing you can do for yourself is to eat, drink and rest “to your fitness!
Stress is simply brought on by not eating and drinking properly. When you do not get the amount of hours asleep you need each night, you are only setting yourself up for extra stress.
Limit the amount of salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol in your diet. Drink lots of clean, pure water every day and do at least moderate exercising each day. This could breathe new life into your skin, hair and will nourish all your critical organs.
Take a bit of time to breathe correctly! Take deep belly breathes to send pure oxygen to your body. Laugh and then laugh some more. It is food for the soul! Spend a little time doing the things that please you most. Join in healthy and happy relationships and work on difficulties that would corrode the closeness that you have with somebody special.
When we are content and living a well balanced life everyday stresses seem to appear unimportant in comparison. We are better provided to handle the astonishing.
